Dr. Francavilla enjoys all areas of family medicine, especially pediatrics and women's health. Dr. Francavilla is on the AMA Delegation for the state of Colorado and on the Foothills Medical Society Board of Directions. She previously served on the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians Board of Directors, the Colorado Medical Society Board and the American Medical Association Resident and Fellow Section Governing Council.
Dr. Francavilla also loves to help people improve their general health, diabetes, high blood pressure and other medical problems with weight loss. She helps patients to lose weight with a personalized combination of nutrition, physical activity and medications as needed. Jennifer Sapp, DO is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She graduated from Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009, then completed her family medicine residency in 2012 with the Waco Family Medicine Residency. At her graduation, she received the Student Teachers in Family Medicine - Resident Teacher award.
As a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician, Dr. Sapp truly enjoys caring for the whole family - babies, children, adolescents, and adults, with an interest in women's health issues. She incorporates a multitude of procedures into her practice including women's health like pap smears, IUDs and Nexplanon; skin procedures like laceration repair and biopsies; and injections including knees, carpal tunnel, and deQuervain.
Education continues to be a strong tenet in her practice. She always strives to help her patients understand both the diagnosis, and the reasoning behind any treatment and advice. As an osteopathic physician, she'll try to always consider and incorporate a person's whole health - mind, body and spirit. Outside of medicine, she loves hiking with her family, exploring new places, and watching her children grow up into their personalities.
Dr. Saul is board certified in Family Medicine with the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She received her doctor of osteopathy degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri in 2012 and completed her Family Medicine Residency in Bluefield, WV in 2016. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Having grown up in Colorado, she has grown quite accustomed to outdoor sports and activities. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, running, snowboarding and gardening as well as weekend Do it Yourself projects and spending time with her family.
Dr. Saul's focus is in adult medicine with an emphasis on prevention of disease and optimizing the health and well-being of her patients. In addition to annual Wellness Exams, she provides treatment for a variety of chronic health issues such as diabetes, weight management and mental health. She values the time that she spends with her patients and encourage each individual to be an active part of their health care plan in order to reach their personal health goals.

Dr. Kelsey Sherman is passionate about primary care and preventative medicine. She provides an individualized approach to wellness that cares for the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. She strives to make patients feel heard and provides judgement-free care. People on the LGBTQ+ spectrum, women, and those seeking to lose weight can feel comfortable here.
Dr. Sherman loves practicing general primary care because she values quality time spent with her patients. She has a passion for women's and LGBTQ+ health with specific interests in perimenopause/menopause hormone therapy, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), weight loss/obesity medicine, gender affirming care, and sexual health. She also performs a variety of procedures including pap smears, IUDs, Nexplanons, and skin procedures like biopsies and mole removals.
Dr. Sherman is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the The Menopause Society (formally North American Menopause Society or NAMS), The Obesity Medical Association (OMA), and World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH). She graduated from Temple University School of Medicine, where she was nominated by her peers to become a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society. This society recognizes physicians for their leadership skills and compassionate patient care. She completed her residency training in family medicine at St. Anthony North Hospital, here in the Denver area.
Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with partner, Will, and her dogs, Stella and Morty. She also enjoys hiking, skiing, acroyoga, weight training, DIY house projects, and healthy cooking. As a doctor, she wants to support all her patients to live their most fulfilled and happiest lives.

Danielle (Dani) Marston is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She sees patients exclusively for weight care by virtual care at our clinic. Dani earned her Master’s degree from the University of Colorado, Anschutz, and graduated with honors from Boston College, School of Nursing as an undergraduate. At Boston College, she was nominated for The Edward H. Finnegan award, which highlights a commitment to public service and bettering the community.
Prior to earning her NP degree, Dani worked as a nurse in critical care and emergency medicine. Many of her patients struggled with the disease of obesity and its associated health problems. As an NP, Dani felt immediately drawn to the field of weight management as an outlet to promote health using safe, sustainable, and individualized treatment options.
She has expertise in the field of bariatric surgery and enjoys working with patients considering or who have previously undergone weight loss surgery. She has a particular interest in pre-pregnancy and postpartum weight management.
Outside of medicine, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys all things outdoors in every season.
